IFC for ActiveFacility

ActiveFacility is an IFC based model server that manages building data throughout the life of the building. The ActiveFacility system consists of a set of services and software products, allowing:

- conversion of existing non-IFC compliant data to IFC data files

- merging of IFC data files from various sources into a single data model for the building

- viewing and querying the integrated building model through a simplified user interface

- management of access, change and storage of building data through managed web-based services

- integration with existing enterprise applications to ensure semi-automated updating of building data
